ckgame Terms and Conditions

01 General Provisions

These Terms apply to all services, games, promotions, bonuses, and financial transactions on the ckgame platform. ckgame is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

02 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The minimum age to use the ckgame platform is 21 years. No person under the age of 21 may create an account or use any service on this platform. Providing false information during age verification is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account cancellation.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, on the same device, or from the same IP address is prohibited. Violating this rule may result in cancellation of all accounts and forfeiture of the entire balance.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. If any of the information you provided changes, you must notify ckgame immediately. ckgame reserves the right to cancel an account at any time if false information is found to have been provided.

03 Account Management

3.1 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. You are personally responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify ckgame immediately via live chat.

3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

A ckgame account is entirely personal. Transferring, selling, or lending your account or its balance to anyone else is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Keeping Contact Information Up to Date

Keep your email address and contact information updated at all times. ckgame uses this information to send important notifications, security alerts, and transaction confirmations.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on ckgame is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Deposits can be made through the following methods:

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

05 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ckgame offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus → total balance will be ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳42,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 → total balance will be ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw welcome bonus funds, bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount must be placed. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a specific validity period — the bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.
• Winnings earned using a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• ckgame reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the relevant account may be subject to investigation.

5.4 VIP Program

The ckgame VIP program has three tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular play:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If an incorrect price or odds is displayed due to a technical error, ckgame reserves the right to void that bet.

6.2 Fair Play

ckgame is committed to ensuring fair play. If any member attempts to gain an unfair advantage by exploiting software bugs, loopholes, or system errors, their account will be immediately cancelled and any winnings will be forfeited.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a device problem, it will generally resume from the last saved state. ckgame considers the data stored on its own servers to be final.

6.4 Betting Limits

ckgame reserves the right to set or change betting limits for any member on any game or bet. If an unusually large amount is wagered on a specific event, the maximum payout may be capped.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ckgame platform:

1. Creating an account using a false identity or another person's information.
2. Operating multiple accounts for the same person.
3. Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
4. Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
5. Coordinating with other members to manipulate bets.
6. Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
7. Behaving disrespectfully toward ckgame staff.
8. Spreading false or misleading information about ckgame.

If a member is found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities above, ckgame may cancel their account without notice and forfeit the entire balance.

08 Responsible Gaming

ckgame believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be a source of financial stress. We ask all members to play responsibly.

8.1 Voluntary Limits

8.2 Self-Exclusion
